Meet the Pilot

Avinash Kaitha

Chief Executive Officer

Avinash Kaitha was born on August 21st. He graduated from JNTU University with a degree in Computer Science, and then from Kakatiya University, with a master’s degree in business administration.

Mr. Avinash Kaitha started his career in 2011 and has included postings in every phase of Technology operations, including Sales, production, marketing and product development, business expansion both in India and internationally. Outside India, he served as Business Consultant for various companies.

In August 2017, he returned to India. In that capacity, he took on the creation and supervision of technology. Also during this time, he supervised domestic Sales and marketing operations in the continents Middle east, Africa and Europe.

In August 2018, he became a member of UNGM ( United Nations Global Market )

In August 2021, Mr. Avinash came up with a idea of starting his own company. From 2021 to 2025 April he researched and found the gap between, Manufacturers, Developers, Distributors, Resellers, Clients and came up with a plan of Consulting. Meanwhile he also worked as a Free lancer to the top industrialist in India and International.

In May 2025, he launched Avinash and Company in India and International virtually.
